Is your staff screened?Our employees go through rigorous pre-employment tests to determine integrity and check for any history of abuse. They undergo thorough criminal background verification and reference confirmation.

How do we get started?We will set up an in-home consultation and assessment with you and your family at your convenience to determine specific needs. After our initial meeting, we will develop an Individual Care Plan. We then arrange a follow-up meeting to review the Individual Care Plan in detail and make changes as needed.

Do I pay upfront?We accept payment for the duration of service used via Medicare & Private Insurance Plans.

What are the minimum required hours and/or days for service?We offer a 1-hour per visit minimum which sets us apart. Additional hours and days can be added if the need arises up to full time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract to book your services?We do not require any long-term contract to be signed. However, we do require signing an agreement detailing the plan of care that also covers the time, schedule and services required. The plan may be modified as per your needs, after the change in requirements is discussed with the care provider. You can change or cancel service at any time with no penalties.

How are your professionals supervised?Our professionals keep detailed notes about the care they provide to you or your loved one. These notes remain at the home of the individual receiving care. Our Registered Nurse supervisors make regular and unannounced visits to the individual's home to ensure the caregiver is following the requirements of the Individual Care Plan.
